have this program work. Maybe it's not compatible with windows 10

The abilities listed looked great. I suggest that it be made to actually work on all versions of Windows.

Remove the initial Thumbnail Creation

the initial thumbnail creation hangs and becomes unresponsive, the program never goes past this. it should be done after the program starts, or by the user to select the swf.
